Internet Rules

I think that it could be helpful to have rules and regulations to govern the internet. Some of those rules could apply to the kinds of pictures posted in places where anyone can see them. These kinds of rules can be helpful for people, especially kids, who are using the internet to look up pictures and don't want to see the ones with inappropriate content that automatically pop up as a result of their search. The people making these internet rules would need to be wise and fair when creating rules, however, taking into consideration all points and problems. Though I believe that internet rules would be very helpful and are greatly needed, I think that the rules should be carefully thought through first.
